This is one of my novellas set in the American music business. It takes place in 1979-80 and its about a country rock band, who have worked their way up from singing in bars, and small gigs, to some TV work and touring. Jeff Randles, the lead singer loves country music, and tries to steer a course between commercial work and doing serious country music. He and his best friend, Brandon, both have difficult marriages, which are strained because they spend so much time on tour. The story is available on Amazon.
